We work in teams of two or three people depending on various factors of your home or office, including scheduling and size. Each team will consist of individuals, allocated for different areas of your home or office. There will also be a designated supervisor, who will be directly responsible for your satisfaction. If you prefer, we will use your cleaning products. Just let the cleaners know and they will be happy to use your products instead.

Payment is made on the day of each visit. Most customer find it convenient to pay by credit card or leave a cheque payable to Rapid Home Service on the kitchen table or counter top. E-transfers are also accepted.

You are under no contractual obligation, as payment is made at each visit. We would prefer to earn your continued trust and business based on our ability to meet your cleaning needs rather than based on a specific contract.

All of our staff are insured, bonded, covered by WSIB and required to undergo a standard criminal reference check prior to their employment with Rapid Home Service. All of our staff are covered so you do not have to worry. We are firm believers of working in a safe and trustworthy environment and seek out hard-working and dedicated staff to serve your cleaning needs.

We completely understand if your plans need to be changed or a cleaning service needs to be cancelled. Please give us a call 24 hours in advance to let us know, and we will gladly reschedule your appointment.

Our normal work days are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., although these hours may be adjusted slightly to meet your individual needs. While it is not always possible to give you a specific time of arrival, we will make every effort to adjust our schedule to meet your needs. Please call our office 48 hours in advance, if possible, so that we may best accommodate you.
